Body Back Classes:
What makes Body Back® classes special is the combination of total body, high intensity, interval workouts with a cardio/strength/core format along with the motivational support of a small group. Every class offers inspirational thoughts to share and concludes with a daily meditation. For mamas just looking to take a great class and for those whose schedules don't allow for full participation in an 8 week Transformation course, we now have Body Back class passes!
These class passes are designed to allow individuals the flexibility to drop in to classes as they fit into their schedule. Pass-holders have the option to add personalized coaching, nutrition and assessments with a separate package (see below).
10 Class Pass - $150
5 Class Pass - $85
