To safely and efficiently begin offering in-person classes, we are utilizing our Strides 360 class format with a limited - 10 family/participant - capacity. Strides 360 classes are designed for all fitness levels and can be done with or without a stroller/kiddos in tow.

Fit30m is a 30-minute, cardio + strength, interval blast! Each class will focus on a different area of the body - upper, lower, core, booty, floor and more - while still providing a comprehensive workout every time.

Body Boost is a 60-minute, results-based, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

MamaWell is the ultimate online prenatal and postpartum fitness and nutrition program. This 42-week online course will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond.

This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! more

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow.

Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. This class is designed exclusively for pregnant moms and those newly post-partum looking for exercise without baby along. When we don't have a Fit4Baby class or course on the schedule, check out our NEW ONLINE PROGRAM MamaWell OR join us in Stroller Strides, Barre or Strides 360! Even if you don't have a little one in a stroller yet, know that all of FIT4MOM's stroller based fitness classes are also prenatal friendly. No stroller required. more
