Body Back Transformation - 8 week session

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. Our coaches will help you meet your specific fitness goals in a supportive and inspiring environment. In just 8-weeks, you will be amazed at your personal transformation of mind, body and spirit.

Each session includes:
  • 2 high intensity, 60 minute total-body workouts each week in a small group format (upcoming sessions limited to 5 people)
  • Before and after Fitness assessments and measurements
  • Simple, yet delicious Meal Plan and Food Diary - most recipes already integrated with apps like LoseIt and My Fitness Pal
  • At-home workout DVD with three 20-minute high-intensity workouts - while supplies last!
  • Access to a library of additional online workouts
  • Exercise and accountability coach offering inspiration, motivation and meditation in every class
  • Online support group of peers and your coach

This class is for women only - no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
