During the winter, all classes move inside Vetta Soccerdome in Webster Groves. Coming late 2019 - winter classes at Vetta Sports Manchester!
If you don't see a class scheduled at your favorite park, check out our full schedule here for all locations at a glance:
In the heart of St. Louis's Forest Park - the Denis and Judith Jones Visitor and Education center (use that mega name to find in Google maps!) has: ample parking, bathrooms, a cafe, and a gorgeous playground for after class. We will meet at the bottom of the stairs in front of the building and venture into the park various directions depending on the day of the week. If you are lost or late, contact Kris via call or text at 314.349.5430
Meet in the parking lot of Forest Park’s Steinberg Skating Rink. While the park has many streets closed, this entrance is most easily accessed via Kingshighway. There are bathrooms available at the very end of the Steinberg facility (West most side) right where our first class stop will be. If you have any trouble finding us, call or text Kris at 314.349.5430more
This beautiful Ladue park has bathrooms, multiple playgrounds, a mostly paved walkway as well as a gravel path, a water feature, and a duck pond. We will meet at the parking lot behind the playground at the front of the park closest to the main entrance. During warm weather, the water feature attracts all the little ones! Don't forget a towel, their suit, and a change of clothes :)more
Our main Winter and early Spring location: Through the cold of Winter we meet inside this indoor soccer park at the main/large field. To access the most stroller friendly entrance: walk up East Ave to the rear of the building, just beyond the dumpster where you will find a driveway to a large propped open door. When Spring weather begins to call us outside but is still unpredictable and while our toddlers are still enjoying Kickaroos sessions before and after our classes, we will meet here and venture out along the NEW Deer Creek Greenway.
Have a toddler? Don't forget to take advantage of the Kickaroo program offered at Vetta! Our FIT4MOM members get 50% off the yearly registration fee. Learn more here!

Our newest Winter indoor location in West county - this indoor soccer park has made their second level main field available for our classes! Best entry - walk to the very top of the parking lot to the rear-most side door which should be propped open. There will be a boot camp class finishing at 9:30 on the main field so you may congregate on the open field up front or in the bleacher area until our class begins. Have a toddler? Don't forget to take advantage of the Kickaroo program offered at Vetta! Our FIT4MOM members get 50% off the yearly registration fee. Learn more here!more
It is easiest to access this meeting point by parking in the lot outside of Bread Company. If the weather is poor, park inside the garage near the food court/cinema - which will give you access to the second floor of the mall - and take the elevator inside down to the first floor.more
Find the Fabletics store on the second floor of the Galleria near Nordstom. For easiest access to the mall before department stores open, park in the garage/covered parking and enter near the Nordstrom signs. If you enter from an outdoor lot, follow the “Food Cour & Cinema” signs to the nearest elevators.
When we plan to meet for a Splash & Play date we will plan for our class that morning to meet in the parking lot at the Maplewood outdoor aquatics center (behind Maplewood city hall). If just meeting for the splash and play at 10
or 10:30, let the auquatics center front desk know that you are a guest of FIT4MOM and Kristin Milonas.
For best stroller access, park in garage under building and take the elevator. All other entrances have some stairs but can be managed with a little grunt work. Beforw tge evwnt starts, we will keep an eye out near the entrance closest to Athleta (North/west side of the building) for mamas who might need a little help with the steps.more
