What makes Body Back® classes special is the combination of total body, high intensity, interval workouts with a cardio/strength/core format along with the motivational support of a small group. Every class offers inspirational thoughts to share and concludes with a daily meditation.

8 Week Body Back Transformation Course:

The Body Back Transformation Course is an 8-week, results-based program designed for women, by women, with a special focus on moms. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential with the addition of meal plans, accountability and assessments. In conjunction with the Body Back classes, this system is proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

These classes are for women only - no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.

8 Week Transformation Course Includes:

  • 2 high intensity, 60 minute total-body workouts each week for 8 weeks (16 classes) in a small group setting
  • Before and after Fitness Assessments and measurements
  • Simple, yet delicious Meal Plan and Food Diary - recipes have already been integrated with commonly used tracking apps such as Lose It and My Fitness Pal!
  • DVD with three 20-minute high-intensity workouts
  • Access to a library of additional online workouts
  • Exercise and accountability coach offering inspiration, motivation and meditation in every class
  • Online support group of peers and our team of coaches

Our next 8 week team is forming now!

  • Next Session begins October 10
  • Tuesday mornings at 5:45am and
  • Thursday evenings at 6:00pm
  • at Deer Creek Park South in Maplewood
