What makes Body Back® classes special is the combination of total body, high intensity, interval workouts with a cardio/strength/core format along with the motivational support of a small group. Every class offers inspirational thoughts to share and concludes with a daily meditation.
8 Week Body Back Transformation Course:
The Body Back Transformation Course is an 8-week, results-based program designed for women, by women, with a special focus on moms. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential with the addition of meal plans, accountability and assessments. In conjunction with the Body Back classes, this system is proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.
These classes are for women only - no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
